Mankese

Our classic chocolate milk bar made with forty-two percent cocoa mass.  Rich and creamy with traditional ‘chocolate’ cues overlaid with caramel notes.  It is our signature bar and its name says it all: Mankese deriving from Omankese - a great land.

Mampong

A dark milk bar made with 50% cocoa for a more intense chocolate flavour with fruity notes, creamy milk cues and less sweet.  This bar appeals to those with a penchant for a deeper, richer cocoa taste delivered as a milk rather than a dark chocolate.

Simpa

Is a rich coconut milk chocolate with 48% cocoa content, vegan and lactose free.  With a strong chocolate flavour, milky creaminess and a subtle hint of coconut.  A real lactose free and vegan milk chocolate.  You may come to this variety for these reasons but you will stay because of the taste.

Bono

Dark chocolate with a 71% cocoa content.  A dark chocolate with the pure taste of Ghana’s cocoa.  This variety will appeal to connoisseur consumers who wish to experience the best of Ghana’s cocoa devoid of distraction.

Cabo Corso

Our ‘white’ chocolate bar, made with 35% cocoa butter, muscovado sugar and Madagascar vanilla - the finest of ingredients – for a creamy, rich taste.  White chocolate comes of age.  Refined.
