Our classic chocolate milk bar made with forty-two percent cocoa mass.  Rich and creamy with traditional ‘chocolate’ cues overlaid with caramel notes.  It is our signature bar and its name says it all: Mankese deriving from Omankese - a great land. 

Mankese is wrapped in the rich velvet red and violet-blue of the Violet Turaco as flamboyant and beautiful as the swirl of a kente cloth elegantly swept over the shoulder.

A troop of Violet Turacos in flight is a sight once seen, never forgotten; the vivid vermillion red splash against the violet blue-black of their wings assaulting your senses.  In small parties, they are found in wooded locations where they move with agility amongst the trees, hopping and running along the branches, with gliding flight across open spaces.  Though they may be found across much of Ghana, Violet Turacos shun areas of heavy human habitation.  To see this beautiful bird you will have to go out into our countryside.  We encourage you to do so.  It is worth the effort …
